Find your shade, choose between the Volume Edit and the Full Edit, and learn how to fit and care for your clip-in hair extensions.

Find your shade. Choose your fullness. Make them yours.

A little fullness around your face. A thicker-looking ponytail. Long, flowing hair for a night you’ve been looking forward to.

Clip-in hair extensions let you change your hair to suit the moment. At Fox & Vamp, we’ve created two edits to help you choose the result you want, with seamless wefts that sit discreetly beneath your natural hair.

Here’s how to find your fit.

Are clip-in hair extensions right for me?

Clip-ins are an easy introduction to hair extensions. You can fit them yourself at home or ask your hairstylist to apply and blend them for you. You don’t need previous experience, and you can remove them when you’re finished wearing them.

They’re particularly useful when you want flexibility: extra fullness for everyday styling, face-framing pieces for an updo, or added length for an occasion.

The key is choosing the right weight, placement and shade for your natural hair. If your hair is particularly fragile, you’re experiencing active shedding or your scalp feels sensitive, speak to us before purchasing so we can help assess suitability.

Which edit should I choose?

The Volume Edit

18 inches · 50g · 5 pieces

Choose the Volume Edit when you want to add fullness, especially through the sides and ends, without making length your main goal.

The small single-clip pieces are a founder favourite. Similar in width to an individual tape extension, they allow precise placement wherever your hair needs a little extra fullness.

They’re particularly useful for fuller-looking face-framing sections and the loose pieces you leave around your face with an updo. Position them beneath enough natural hair to conceal the clips.

Want more fullness? Combine two Volume Edits.

Two sets give you 100g of hair and more flexibility over placement. You can also combine complementary shades to create dimension. Our team can help you choose colours that blend together.

The Full Edit

22 inches · 110g · 7 pieces

Choose the Full Edit when you want both length and volume.

This is the edit for longer, flowing hair and a more noticeable transformation. Its seven pieces allow you to distribute fullness across the back and sides for a balanced blend.

Your starting length, haircut and natural thickness will affect the finished result. If you’re unsure whether one set will achieve your goal, send us photographs before ordering.

How do I choose my shade?

A natural-looking result starts with a good colour match.

Look at your mid-lengths and ends as well as your roots, particularly if your hair has highlights or balayage. Check your hair in natural daylight without a filter.

You don’t have to work it out alone. WhatsApp us clear photographs of your hair from the back and sides, along with the result you’d like to achieve. We’ll help you choose your shade and edit.

How do I fit my clip-ins?

It’s easier than you might think. Your sections don’t need to be perfectly neat.

  1. Section your hair. Start at the back, leaving enough hair above each section to cover the weft.
  2. Create a little grip if needed. Gently backcomb the attachment area with a pintail comb. A light mist of hairspray or thickening spray can help.
  3. Open the clips. Position the weft against your section and gently nestle the clips into the prepared hair.
  4. Snap them closed. The piece should feel secure and comfortable, without pulling.
  5. Release your hair and blend. Work upwards, using narrower pieces at the sides, then brush and style your natural hair and extensions together.

Remove your clip-ins before sleeping, washing your hair or swimming.

How do I keep my clip-ins beautiful?

Brush gently

Use the Fox & Vamp Universal Hairbrush, supporting each weft as you work from the ends upwards. Brush before and after wearing to help prevent tangles.

Wash according to wear

Clip-ins don’t need washing after every use. For occasional wear, around once a month may be enough. With daily wear or styling-product build-up, they may need washing more often.

Use Fox & Vamp Extensions Shampoo and Conditioner, handle the hair gently and allow it to dry fully before storing.

Make aftercare part of your routine

Apply a small amount of Extensions Extender through the mid-lengths and ends, avoiding the clips and bands. It helps keep the hair manageable and protects from heat and UVA.

Store them properly

Once clean, dry and detangled, keep your clip-ins neatly stored in a silk bag, ready for their next wear.
