Clinically formulated to cleanse, protect and extend the life of extensions while improving the health of your natural hair, the Extensions Shampoo protects from heat, styling and environmental stress. It helps repair damaged cuticles and split ends, smoothing, softening and adding shine, while working deep into the hair to repair bonds and fibres. It also strengthens the scalp barrier and biome, reducing irritation and flaking.
The result is glossy, healthy hair full of movement and volume, with our bespoke matcha scent.
Powered by our Care Full Complex and free from silicones, sulphates, alcohols, essential oils and over 500 extension-damaging ingredients commonly found in haircare.

Directions
Dispense the required amount for hair density and texture into the palm, spread across fingertips and massage into the scalp to create a light luxe foam, then work down the hair to the tips. Gently rinse clear before using F&V Extensions Conditioner.

Can all hair types use the Extension Shampoo?
Yes! Our formulations have been developed to be highly effective on all hair types and textures, including straight hair, wavy hair, curly hair and coily hair and everything in between.
Does the Extension Shampoo work on all different extension applications?
Yes! We created the range to be able to work on all extension types: tape-ins, keratin bonds, wefts, clip-ins and micro rings.
Do I need to have had Fox & Vamp extensions to be able to use the Extensions Shampoo?
Absolutely not, it does not matter where you have had your extensions put in, the Extension Shampoo will work for you.
Can I wash my clip in extensions with the Extension Shampoo, even when they are not in my hair?
100% yes, that is a great way to maintain your clip ins ready for your next wear. Remember to dry them and then hang and store them carefully in their packaging.
Why do I need a specific shampoo for my extensions?
Standard haircare can contain ingredients such as essential oils, rich moisturising oils, sulphates, silicones etc and these can weaken the bonds and adhesives of your extensions.
How did you develop the Extensions Haircare Range?
We are the first haircare range design specifically for extensions and we have worked directly with the bond and adhesive technologists to ensure our range only includes ingredients that are beneficial to extensions, and excludes any that are detrimental. We then tested our formulations extensively to refine and perfect them to be the very best hair care for extensions.
How does the Extensions Shampoo extend the life of extensions?
By protecting the bonds and adhesives of your extensions, the Extensions Shampoo helps to reduce any loss or slipping which in turn helps to elongate the time between treatments. In addition the F&V Care Full Complex protects the hair, both extensions and naturally grown, from external aggressors such as styling, heat, weather, pollution, UV and chemical treatments.
My scalp is often irritated and is prone to flaking, can I use the Extension Shampoo?
We ensured that the Extension Shampoo did not just work perfectly for extensions, but also treated the scalp at the same time. The formulation does not contain surfactants (foaming agents) such as sulphates that can dry the scalp out, instead we use gentle cleansers usually reserved for premium skincare. In addition we enriched the Care Full Complex with Glucose D and Snow Mushroom to hydrate and protect the scalp barrier to help prevent further issues.
Does the Extension Shampoo work equally well on my naturally grown hair as well as on my extensions?
Yes! All of the Care Full complex ingredients enhance naturally grown hair as well as extensions. We love our Advanced Pro-vitamin B that strengthens hair from root to tip with Pantothenic Acid and smooths the cuticles to eliminate frizz, make hair glossy and easy to detangle, adding a glassy shine to all hair types. We have tested the range on non extension wearers to ensure you can always use it, even if taking a break from treatments.
My hair is quite damaged and I have quite dry and brittle hair prone to breaking? Will the Extension Shampoo work on my hair too?
Yes the Extensions Shampoo contains key ingredients that help to improve and repair hair damage. ‘Vegan Keratin’ Wheat Protein and Polypeptides deeply penetrate the hair cortex to build bonds and restore the fibres, protecting against reduction of cystine (keratin protein) content, cuticle decimation and increased porosity - the key factors that cause hair discolouration, breakage, split ends, dull texture and rough cuticles - Instead hair is strengthened and able to cope with daily demands we make on it. Damage is reduced by 54% and shine increased by 45%.* *Based on supplier test data for key ingredients.
