Shipping and Delivery
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Fox and Vamp ship worldwide. We now offer free International shipping to the USA, Canada and Ireland on orders over £350.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for any customs charges that may occur. If you are based in the European Union, please be aware of the new customs charge before purchasing. If you refuse this charge, you will also be responsible for the return of this parcel, please make sure you are aware of the new charges before purchasing.
UK Shipping
All in stock items are shipped with DPD Local by a next day delivery service (Order by 1:00pm GMT Monday-Friday for next day delivery).
FREE UK SHIPPING FOR UK orders over £50.00
All in stock items will be dispatched from our London warehouse within 2-3 working days (please check the product description page for more information).
You will receive an email notification as soon as your item is ready for dispatch from our warehouse. If you would like to get more information about the status of your order please do not hesitate to get in touch at customerservice@foxandvamp.com
International Shipping
We now offer free International shipping to the USA, Dubai, Canada and Ireland on orders over £355. All products are available for worldwide delivery* please allow for these delivery times to take longer. Pricing will be dependent on the delivery destination, please contact us at info@foxandvamp.com for more information. All International orders are delivered by FedEx and/or DHL and will be delivered approximately 3-5 working days after the dispatch date. Delivery includes tracking details and requires a signature upon arrival. For some countries, delivery times may vary. Shipping will be determined at checkout.
All international customers are responsible for paying any customs or import tax due upon the package arriving in their country. Please note Fox and Vamp Products Ltd are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance as this is beyond our control. Orders do not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs authorities on delivery into your country. Due to Brexit, orders within the EU will be subject to duties & taxes upon delivery.
Please note, working days do not include weekends or bank holidays. Delivery times may take slightly longer around Bank Holidays & UK Public Holidays including Christmas and New Year.
*For further information on what duties and taxes may be payable by you prior to the delivery of your parcel, we strongly recommend checking your local customs website or contacting them directly prior to placing your order.
Returns and Exchanges
RETURNS INFORMATION
For returns, please request a return authorisation request from our returns department within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing us at info@foxandvamp.com. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, unopened and returned by guaranteed delivery to Fox & Vamp within 14 days of confirmed delivery of your item. Your item must be returned in its original packaging and original condition to be eligible for a full refund. Please kindly note in line with our Terms & Conditions the customer is responsible for returns and shipping costs. These costs will be deducted from your refund on receipt of your return. Please do not send your item back to us after the returns period. Returns made outside the return period will be sent back to you and a handling charge will be processed. As long as your return adheres to our Returns Policy stated below, we will be able to
refund your order. This will be refunded to your original payment method. We will email you to confirm once your refund has been actioned. Usually your payment provider will clear funds to your account within 1-2 business days, but this can take up to 28 days.
For International returns please ensure you classify your parcel as a 'return' and this will allow us to process your parcel back into the UK swiftly. *Failure to do so may result in additional charges which will be deducted from your refund. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to you immediately.
*Please allow up to 7-10 working days for your funds to reach your account as this is processed by your Bank.
Terms and Conditions of Returns, Refunds and Exchanges:
- Hair extensions must be unopened, unused and free from odours.
- The package and contents must be in the same brand new sealed condition in which they were sent to you.
- The void seals must be intact and must not be tampered with.
- The sample tester weft, which is part of your full set, must be returned to us along with your sealed full set without use and free from odours.
- You must clearly fill out your returns form and include it with your return.
- You must let us know that you'd like to return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The shipping cost of the return must be covered by the customer unless stated otherwise.
- All refunds will be made to the same payment method used when placing your order.
- We aim to process all returns within 1-10 business days of receiving them.
- We cannot be responsible for any lost packages.
- Any returns should be address and sent to: Fox and Vamp Products Ltd, 111 Farm lane, Fulham, SW6 1DW, United Kingdom.
- If the above requirements are not met, your return will not be accepted.
Exchanges
The quickest way for you to obtain a different set of extensions is to place a new order and to send your original order back for a refund. However, we are happy to action exchanges for items of the same value, e.g a shade swap. Please include this information on your returns form inside your parce and email
customerservice@foxandvamp.com. We will email you once your exchange has been actioned.
Kindly note: If you have any issues with your return or any queries relating to our returns policy, please contact customerservice@foxandvamp.com. If you enquiry is about an existing return, we will need your order number, the item(s) that you have returned, and your proof of postage receipt including tracking number (you can just attach this to your email as a photo or scanned document).
