Why we started
In 2019 Talitha left a corporate job in the West End to train in hair extensions. I had no money, no clients and no experience in marketing or social media. I started in my apartment, then rented a chair in a salon in Wandsworth that I could walk to, because I couldn't afford to travel to work.

Within a year she had a team. The year after, we moved into our first salon in Chelsea. Fox & Vamp grew through word of mouth, and that came down to one thing: the extensions method we now teach.

That method gave me a life I never thought I'd have. A career I love, freedom around my children, and a skill I can take anywhere in the world. Along the way I met women who shaped my future. 22 Hair Academy is how I pass that on.
